By downloading or using Hushmere (“the app”), you agree to these terms. Please read them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and its sounds for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not extract, redistribute, resell, or use the sound and music files outside the app.
The app offers a one-time purchase that unlocks additional content. There is no subscription. Purchases, refunds, and restores are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms.
The one-time purchase unlocks the additional content available at the time of purchase. Content added in the future may be provided as a free update, or offered as a separate one-time purchase (for example, a new genre or a large content pack). Content you have already unlocked will never be taken away.
Some content is downloaded to your device after purchase. You are responsible for any mobile-data charges; downloading over Wi-Fi is recommended.
Hushmere is for relaxation and is not a medical device or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not use it while doing anything that requires your full attention, such as driving.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; the latest version will always be posted on this page.

私たちは、あなた個人が私的・非商用の範囲で本アプリおよびその音源を楽しむための、譲渡不可の利用許諾を付与します。音源・楽曲ファイルを本アプリの外へ抽出・再配布・転売・利用することはできません。
本アプリは、追加コンテンツを解放する買い切り購入を提供します。サブスクリプションはありません。購入・返金・復元は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの規約に基づき各ストアが処理します。
買い切り購入により、購入時点で提供されている追加コンテンツが解放されます。将来追加されるコンテンツは、無料アップデートで提供される場合と、新しいジャンルの追加や大規模な追加として別の買い切り商品で提供される場合があります。すでに解放されたコンテンツが後から使えなくなることはありません。
一部のコンテンツは購入後に端末へダウンロードされます。モバイル通信の通信料はお客さまのご負担となります。Wi-Fi環境でのダウンロードを推奨します。
本アプリはリラックスを目的としたもので、医療機器・治療ではありません。専門家による医療上の助言に代わるものではありません。運転中など、注意を要する場面では使用しないでください。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について私たちは責任を負いません。
本規約は変更されることがあります。最新版は常に本ページに掲載します。
