Hushmere (“the app”, “we”) is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what data the app does and does not handle.
The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, location, or any other personal information. We do not run analytics or tracking, and we do not sell or share any personal data with third parties.
Everything you create or set in the app — saved mixes, volumes, preferences, and any downloaded sound files — is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to us or to any server we control.
Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details. To restore a purchase, the app asks the store to confirm your prior purchase; this is handled by the store, not by us.
After purchase, additional sound files may be downloaded to your device from a content delivery service so the app can play them offline. These downloads contain only audio content and no personal data.
The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page with a new “last updated” date.

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を求めません。アクセス解析や追跡（トラッキング）も行わず、個人データを第三者に販売・提供することもありません。
保存したミックス・音量・各種設定・ダウンロードした音源ファイルなど、本アプリで作成・設定した情報は、すべてあなたの端末内にのみ保存されます。私たちや私たちが管理するサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
購入はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playによって処理されます。私たちがあなたの支払い情報を見たり受け取ったりすることはありません。「購入を復元」は、過去の購入をストアに確認する仕組みで、私たちではなくストアが処理します。
購入後、オフラインでも再生できるよう、追加の音源ファイルが配信サービスから端末にダウンロードされる場合があります。これらは音声データのみで、個人データは含みません。
本アプリは、お子さまを含むいかなる方からも、データを意図的に収集することはありません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し「最終更新」日を改めます。
